By using Waitflo, you agree to these Terms of Service and applicable policies.
2. Service Description
Waitflo provides cloud-based SaaS tools for managing waitlists, reservations, guest communication, and operational analytics.
3. Subscription & Billing
Waitflo operates on a subscription model. Payments are processed via Paddle as Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the billing cycle ends.
4. Cancellation
Users may cancel at any time. Access remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
6. Service Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
