Refund Policy

1. Payment Processor

All payments are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Refunds are subject to Paddle’s policies and applicable consumer laws.

2. Subscription Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started unless required by law or in verified billing error cases.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

  • Duplicate charges
  • Verified technical billing errors
  • Service failure preventing core platform usage

4. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing, but does not refund the current active billing period.

5. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in temporary account suspension pending resolution with the payment provider.
